Made slowly, by people we know by name.

Stillwood began at a kitchen table in 2019 with a simple question: why is it so hard to find things for the home that are beautiful, honest and built to last?

Today we work with 38 independent studios, from potters and weavers to woodworkers and soap makers. We visit every workshop, pay fair prices up front and ship each piece in plastic-free packaging.

Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery and caring for your pieces.

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave our studio within two business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days across the US and Canada, and every parcel ships with tracking.

What is your return policy?

If something isn't quite right, send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and we'll refund you in full.

How do I pay for my order?

Place your order here and we'll email you within one business day to confirm the details and arrange payment. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

Is everything handmade?

Most pieces are made in small batches by independent studios, so glazes, wood grain and weaves vary slightly from piece to piece. We think that's the charm.

How should I care for stoneware and wood?

Our stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand-wash wooden pieces, dry them straight away and rub in a little food-safe oil every few weeks to keep the grain rich.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, and it's free. Leave a gift note at checkout and we'll wrap your order in recycled paper with a handwritten card.
